Custom Crosshairs

Alright, I'll keep this simple and easy. Where can I get custom Crosshairs for NW, the circle crosshair isnt doing it for me anymore, and I seen people use one with just arrows and the crosshairs closed instead of keeping them open. So please help me find a custom one or if anyone actually has the file that works with the current NW files
