Hello there, NW community! The 1st Royal Marines have decided to start our very own, Monday linebattle. All regiments are invited, as long as you are willing to follow some simple rules! We will use a random large map each week, and swap over half way. We will aim to play 5 rounds, but if we have time for more, we shall play more!

Server Rules

No teamkilling. (Including own regiment) No "ramboing". No fire in charge. No trolling or flaming of other regiments/players. No spamming chat. No reloading in charge. All Charge *When a round has gone on too long or there are very few people left alive an admin will call an All Charge. At this point everyone must stop shooting and charge their enemy. Anyone of any class that shoots during an all charge will be slain immediately! [close] Failure to follow the above rules, will result in temp-bans. If it continues within specific regiments, they could be banned/removed from the event all together.

Unit Rules:

Line Infantry Min 8 - Max 30 Spoiler No fire in charge. Must be in line to fire. No officer aiming. Must join another line when below 4 men. [close]

Cavalry Min 7 - Max 15 Spoiler Must stay in formation unless charging. Dragoons must be in line to fire from horseback. Must dismount and join a line if below 4 men. [close]

Light Infantry Min 6 - Max 14 Spoiler 2 Man line spacing allowed. Can crouch when firing. No fire in charge. When 3 men or less, must join a line. Must stay in formation when moving. [close]

Skirmisher Min 5 - Max 12 Spoiler Can have 5 man line spacing. Can crouch when firing. Must keep a reasonable formation when moving. Can officer aim. Can use landscape as cover. [close]

Artillery Min 4 - Max 10 Spoiler Two cannon per regiment (unless told otherwise). Guards must stay near artillery. Guards have the same rules as Lights Artillery guards may use skirmish formation. Can bring 1 sapper. [close]
