We are going to distinguish between regiments and teams. The team is the group of players who are fighting in the arena. Spectators are members of the regiment but not members of the “team”. 1.1.2. You can change the members of the team, while the league is not finished. This changes don’t have to be announced. 1.1.3. Invites aren't allowed. 1.1.4. You are only allowed to play for ONE Regiment. You can NOT be in 2 Regiments that both participate. 1.1.5. If you are not in the Steam group of a Regiment during the match you are considered as an Invite. 1.2.1. Both teams must have the same attendance at the beginning of the round. 15-25 are allowed. 1.2.2. If one team has less than 15 players, the other one is still allowed to play with 15 men. 1.2.3. If the round has started and a player drops, the enemy team doesn’t have to balance. 1.2.4. Players are not allowed to join in after the round has started. 1.2.5. You are only allowed to choose rankers. 2.1.1. The referee opens/starts the round. 2.1.2. Before the referee opens the round, both teams have to stay behind the white line/marking. 2.1.3. Before the referee starts the round, both Teamcaptains have to type in that they're ready. 2.2.1. 20 rounds are to be played. 2.2.2. If a team has to leave before the 20 rounds are reached or doesn’t attend to the match, then the enemy team gets all “not played” rounds, unless the referee decides something else. 2.3.1. You must use the name you are known under, unless the regiment you are in uses historical names. then the referee must go on the TS of the regiment to check for invites 2.7.1. No spamming in chat. 2.7.2. Be respectful. 3.1.1. The organization has a privilege in all decisions. 3.1.2. Organizer's announcements have to treated like rules. 3.2.1. The matches do not have to be played in the Matchweek they belong to. There will be a deadline announced when we are half way through the Tournament. 3.2.2. Both captains have to agree on the date of the match. 3.3.1. The RGL is a tournament with a league-system. You will get 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points if you lose. 3.4.1. Matches and their dates have to be announced on the RGL-thread. Referees are to be organized independend. Both teams have to agree on a referee. 3.5.1. If a captain can't be attending a match, he may give the responsibility to one of his officers. The referee has to be informed. 3.5.2. If a regiment wants to change the team's Captain it has to be announced. 3.6.1. A referee has to be present at every match. 3.7.1. The referee decision can be changed through the organization. 3.7.2. All complaints have to get passed to the organisators. 3.8.1. Rules can get changed, added and remoted while the league is still active. It will be announced 4.1.1. A change in the rosters of some regiments and some other event lead to us promoting the 85e into the first league and putting 17th-JR into the 2nd league. Tho it is unfortunate for the 17th it is still a move Fritten and I made in order to create the best first league possible, which was always our intention and should be a task that is above all else. I want to appeal to all of the members of the 17th-JR that this is not a personal decision, nor do I have any problem with the 17th. This was a decision we made to further the league. I wish both regiments good luck in their leagues!Funny when the reg, that came 3rd in RGT is moved to league 2 :D

This can be prevented by taking the scoring of last RGL let say like ; teams that ended the last RGL at 9th and 10th has to do matches against league 2's 1st and 2st or just drop the last two to league 2 and take in the first two to league 1 from league 2 . But in this case I dont know any solution to new formed teams , as they might have really good players thus deserving a spot on league 1 but to be fair they should be put to league 2 . If they get 1st or 2nd spot in league 2 give them a chance to come league 1 as I gave some options about ascending teams and descending .

This is the biggest jock since Le Brave stating that it is in his law to play, you demote the 17thJR to the 2nd league for some members leaving even tho they still have, Alex, Desant, Ben, Archangel, Max1m, MrDixon, and Wonka lol.+ half of CCCP team (Elessar, ZORK, AlexanderIII and Red) which beat FrenchTouch many times.
The fact that a few players have left does not entirely weaken this regiment for example Kobzik was rather inactive and still is no hate Kobzik but you know this as well ;)
And atleast you are garanteed that they will bring 15+ people every match.

If the organizer reckon that the last spot of the League 1 had to be decided bewteen the 17th and the 85e, then to my eyes the fairest decision is to let them face eachothers for a match and see who comes on top. People won't call for bias, or if they do, their argument will be clearly weakened.

Depends the way you look at it I guess. Not trying to blindly defend Moussolini here but remember referee are doing that on their free time, to help out the tournament. I wasn't there so not saying it happened the way Moussolini described it, but assuming it did, if people behaved like spastic then you gotta call it the way it was and such behaviours are also a tad irrespectous towards someone who accepted to help on his free time. Even though you can always argue for the wording to be better and more respectful, that I agree with, there is always two sides to a story ;)

I will state what happened so that 2nd has no chance (how they want to do it) to replay the match, what Dust was just telling me.
2nd kept pulling out and putting in players what took ages every round and also several resets through the match. Unfortunately that´s not harming the rules so 18e had to handle it (what actually means pulling 2 out, but putting 3 in the following round to balance the useless bullshit of 2nd).
At the score of 11-1 to 18e or something 2nd began to take their switching as something "funny", putting 5 people to spec, next round 7 in and so on, what obviously had nothing to do with tactics, but only with wasting everyones time and only prolong the unavoidable, your loss, 2nd.
Not minding the chat (both sides wrote shit actually), I have to thank 18e for staying that calm (even though Dust had to ban 2 of his own Members since they shot enemies and broke the rules with that).
Right after the match Dust tells me that Curlyconnor or whatever he´s called wants the match to be replayed, since I as a referee wouldn´t have been following the rules. I followed the rules at every point even though I would really have liked to give 18e a 20-0 for your bullshit in that match. Shame you even gained 2 rounds out of this match. Also looking as your rulebreaks (such as delaying) I have to say that this was a real waste of time, unfilial (asking for a rematch after that bullshit) and ridiculous. I hope you guys get smashed during whole RGL season.
PS: I don´t think grandmaster John Price would´ve been that patient.
However, just on a side note I am sure you are aware as well as the 18e that the 18e did often waste time too by adding 1-2 people just after the reset to try and sneak them in, but whether that is worth noting idk.

Competitiveness is fine but if your going to pick 15 of your best do it at the start so as to not waste the other team's time. I had people wasting their time in spec mid game hoping 15e would spawn their people in.

Good game after all, enjoyable to watch. Sorry for the problems at the beginning, I tried to find a solution for the problem of 85e and 15e (not having a referee, I was contacted at like 7.55 gmt) while initially reffing 17e and 15th, since they had 2 admins there. Finally I reffed it after 2 or 3 rounds.
Also that one round where I said go was just after seeing Ulfric with rank "Kpt" writing r, instead of/earlier than Mousso, who told me he would always write ready to the admin chat, what I didn´t mention that one round tho, but rather tell your members to stfu then.

Yea you know what let's throw in more and more reasons why not to play, cya in 2018 when we can play.
I have offered enough but I as I said after the 16th it will be a mission impossible to find a good day due to us having vacation to which Haze only gave days in the vacation sick offer.
Realistically the season should be over before the 7th, date of the 10v10. Hence why we booked it for a Sunday that is 1 month away.
18e only has 1 match left.

Tho what may be an option is for me to contact the reg leaders for Thursday the 2v2 seeing if they mind swapping it around that the KKA gives up there match that day (seems like Bob would be more then willing to do so showing the support he gives to the 85e) and that the KKA takes the 2v2 in our place.

I don't see the point of posting so much nonsense, if you're trying to get a regiment to play on a certain date that they cannot you are obviously trying to get it to be in your favor so your own regiment has better players and a better chance of winning than the other which is entirely preposterous. Even if the match happens in a month, both parties need to agree when regardless of what their reason may be for not attending as there are no deadlines (or at least they were never followed). Organizers forcing a date seems like the worst choice here and especially when they contradict their own rules. Giving a reason why a regiment cannot play on a certain date can be easily manipulated and manufactured thus you are not going anywhere if you continue to follow the discussion with excuses and falsified reasons.
Simply go through every date in the fucking calendar and you'll agree eventually, seems like an odd solution but surely it's the most logical one?

That's a potential solution in any case, especially if you guys can't make it this Thursday (or like Wednesday or Friday, we still didn't really consider those two days did we?). What I like about May is that it leaves us sometimes to make sure as many guys as possible will be attending from both sides, and there could be some sort of possible revenge for one of us with the 10vs10 Regimental GF on the 7th which I believe both regiments will be attending and certainly part of the favorites if nothing changes until then.

To put a final and positive note to this really long and tiring drama, Rommel, Pieter and I discussed those last few days and Pieter agreed to play one month later (on the 14th of May), when it would arrange both regiments. While we, the 85e, were up for it, we also realised that we were kind of venturing into know the unknown at the moment and wouldn't really know how good we'll be doing in one month. We also have some of our members who finally will be capable of attending the event while they first say they couldn't. Obviously not all, but as Pieter said, both regiments will never have all the players they want, no matter the date.
Thanks to the latter for being mature while we were trying to find a date and helping as best as he could and thanks to Rommel for also deciding to review his previous decision with the lighting of new facts.
Good luck to the 17e. Should be a hell of a good match hopefully.

15e very recent disband which actually happened after the final of rgl gave everyone a default win, 17e got a 20-0 instead of the 16-4 you guys really did vs 15e, giving you a fortuitous and fictitious last minute advantage of +4 in comparison to 85e whom really performed a perfect 20-0 vs 15e but not benefiting it since everyone got the default win
And well, it's not any important regarding the outcome of the season, but still given the effort it has been to get this exceptionnal rounds diff, it worth an explanation.

Not sure it would have changed the outcome honestly, even though I agree, the best 66th roster would have been actually way different than the one the 85e actually faced a few days ago.
