this post's sole purpose is with serious intent and desired to be taken seriously after thought.as many of you know, MATT has been accused of hacking various times in the past.
however, matt maintained to elude the accusations and weak proof as one of the problems with this game, especially with the competitive scene, is there aren't any real safeguards for hackers.
when it comes down to accusing someone of hacking, it's usually based upon personal observation or perspective
everyone's perspective is different, which leads to some truths being skewed or twisted.
the only real way to prove someone is hacking through perspective is to take a video, though it is difficult to pinpoint what hack is being used unless it is unblockable (right sideblocking exposes it)
though, i would like to point out Mercenary_Frank of TKC has announced MATT does use/has purchased hacks.
not only that, but MATT bought the "full package" for $120.

tl;dr, movement asked Mercenary_Frank on steam if MATT was one of his customers in the past, he was and bought the $120 "full package" of hacks from TKC.
even further, MATT could claim this was not him, yet Frank stated himself MATT has been the only NA to purchase the $120 full package, as it is a lot of money.
Frank even gave a screenshot of MATT's "receipt of purchase".

i would just like to reiterate this is the most concrete and undeniable evidence matt has been hacking.
honestly, it seems to me he has gotten better overnight.
as some days i feel he plays like shit (ie bottom of the scoreboard), while other days he is at the very top.
recently, i 7-0'd matt, only for him to 7-0 me back.
that play seemed very suspicious to me as ive never seen it happen to anyone, at the same time matt played the exact same way without any adjustments,(the way he played when he 7-0'd me seemed unbeatable) he just went from not stunning any of my holds to stunning every single one no matter what type of hold it was.
as a reminder, matt has made a TKC account on their forum too, this has been exposed a very long time ago, it does not surprise me he has contacted them privately after getting caught publicly posting on their forum
his past is questionable too, as he has been known for using autoblock in 2017 on Kovy/Bill, used unblockable as "Klinger" in late 2017 - early 2018, and used unblockable under the name "Sanders" (poor attempt at framing him) with me, rafael, and purplish as witness.

"full package" contents
according to Frank, the full package ($120) contains these features:
Autoblock kick correction attack timer
Radar esp bone esp visuals health indicator
"autoblock" is self-explanatory.
"kick correction" makes it more difficult to get kicked as it adjusts your hitbox (i have noticed matt became much harder to kick a while ago, he seems to evade kicks others do not)
"attack timer" adjusts the times of your stabs, making them much faster (i noticed this in the recent duel tournament)
"bone esp" is hitbox correction, essentially it adjusts your hitboxes making it more difficult for the enemy to land hits onto you
"visuals" is radar with bigger zoom
"health indicator" is self-explanatory
if you add these together, matt's playstyle does use many of these features. (he utilizes a style based on quick range stabs and stun chambers consistently)
it explains why he does very well the way he plays.

tl;dr, matt has been exposed for hacking and purchasing the $120 "full package" by Mercenary_Frank.
i do not believe a hacker especially to this extent of masking it for around a year or so be allowed to play in the league.
i do not think they should be allowed to play on competitive servers in general too, (BBG Duels, BoB/Pub Groupfight, etc) or allowed in regimental events, but that is solely my opinion.
