Suns brought the argument of Matt buying and using hacks. Myself and others went over what suns had posted and what Matt had posted.
We cannot definitely say Matt was hacking or he wasn't hacking. Matt has clearing dropped out of the league with no thought of returning and that was his choice. I will just be releasing what was given to me through Merc_Frank and others, you may conclude what you will from this post.
I found that I could not fully trust the things Frank was saying due to him being inconsistant.

The full login was visable, I attempted to login into the xgames website and the login worked, allowing me to download the hackpack. This proves that the account was real but I cannot prove that it is indeed Matt and I cannot prove when the purchase was made. Frank does not keep a time stamp of purchases(I don't know).
There is no proof that it is Matt's account because the email used is non-traceable and there is no other proof other than the name which could be someone else using the name(There's no way to be for sure).
Looking into the pack deleted to see if it was real or not we decided it was, it has it's own launcher.
I deleted these files and did not install them into my warband because I personally do not trust that there is no virus.
This is the information I was given and concluded that there is no REAL in-game evidence that proves Matt hacked DURING the 4v4 league. It's too hard to tell and I nor the mod team can say for certain he was hacking in-game.
