So guys, I really liked the Portal and Half life series.
So I said to myself. Why not come up with a story line for Portal 3 myself?
So I started:

Chell is found outside the facility. Or so you thought. GlaDos then calls her again. It was a hologram. A new test chamber of survival for humans to rehab. She begins walking around. Sees a barn house. GlaDos then explains that she uses Chells memory to format her past. Chell goes in the barn house and sees a picture of herself. And the father. With a man which appears to be the uncle. GlaDos sees the picture. The uncle is Scientist 0673. She explains who Scientist 0673 is. It appears that Scientist 0673 was a survivor in the Aperture science laboratories incident. GlaDos explains that he has been roaming for quite a while now, but she could never have found him. Only seen him. She says that it appears some of his colleagues called this scientist Ratman, he was notorious to be found around every corner. Observing what was happening. GlaDos then tells how she knew that Ratman was alive. (Ratman Comic). GlaDos tells that it seems Ratman wishes to destroy GlaDos. Chell in the meantime is seeing how the chamber changes from scenes, which also match what GlaDos explained (It came from GlaDos' Memory). Chell then sees the big painting of this scientist and points at it, GlaDos interprets this as a question, she says that it had been years without seeing him. She explains that she doesn't know where he is now, she has sent Atlas and P-Body after him. But with no success. Chell then sees a drawing on a wall, GlaDos also notices this, it seems to be a drawing of a safe room. GlaDos notices that Chell wants to go after him. GlaDos says: "Fine, but as far as my memory goes. Humans don't survive so long where he went". So GlaDos does know where he is. But it doesn't want to go in there. So Chell goes off. But before she left. GlaDos tells her that where she goes. There shall be a past memory lying there. And that she takes P-Body and Atlas with her. So that she can observe what happens. (She goes through some old broken down test chambers, that GlaDos cannot control or fix). Throughout the test chambers GlaDos starts to remember how she used to be turned on and off all the time. How she was first developed. She explains that she used to be a core. The first few cores that were made, she shows Chell through one of GlaDos' monitors, the old design of cores. She explains what the functions of the cores were. Explanation: The Cores used to be a mobile robotic assistance. She explains that the scientists used them for testing. They used to be tested as P-Body and Atlas were tested. They had different functions.(1)/ But through time it seems a lot of these old cores started to malfunction. She remembers seeing Cave Johnson. Then she starts to have memories from Caroline. She said "I thought I had deleted her in the end of another disastrous event by a moron". She starts to see the past. Everything she sees is being seen by chell through the monitors. Chell then after a long round of test chambers, gets into an elevator. A very old design. GlaDos tells her that she doesn't know if it works. So Chell takes the chance and gets in. It seems to work at first. As she presses the button to go down, she notices a few drawings, but it was too dark, GlaDos tells Atlas to turn on his light. GlaDos and Chell both see this drawings. GlaDos then notices something. An old Core. She remembers this Core as Mars. She says that Mars used to control all cores. That she used to be the main core to all cores. She explains that Mars had been the first core to be integrated with a portal device. But scientists had realized that Mars also started to malfunction. And the scientists ordered to shut her down. Cave Johnson as an old male. Saw what had happened. Cave Johnson decided to ship it to a facility where it would be destroyed forever. So they put her in a special container. In other containers also came other old cores. Cave J. had decided to destroy every core, but he knew Black Mesa wanted to get a hold of these cores. So Cave was desperate to ship them to the facility. But on the night that it was supposed to be shipped. It had disappeared. GlaDos explains that she was a revived core that was kept by MR. Johnson. She also explained that in every core there was a special reactor that kept them alive and running. Mars had a special crystal in there. The crystal was also sent to be destroyed. She then said that she saw what had happened to the ship. She saw the crystal reinstall itself in Mars. As if Mars had had a way to also control the crystal. So Mars was turned on again. And this time she saw what was happening. So she decided to use the portal device installed in her. She had teleported herself out, along with the Borealis, to an external portal gate outside of Aperture Laboratories.
