Music Problems

Whenever  I Turn my Music volume up on NW, the game skips. The Music will start skipping and my screen will go  black. 

Its a real pain because the only server I play on is Groupfighting.  When the music stops skipping and I can see again Im either on the other side of the map or dead.



And yes ive validated my game on steam a hundred times. Uninstalled, Reinstalled. Ive tried restarting my PC. And Nothing
