Incorrect Serial Number

I purchased NW seperatly 2 years ago and only now im getting the message ''Incorrect Serial Number'' when i try to join ANY server i dont know if its temporary with the servers but it says 2 or 3 other people are playing here is the picture of what i get

Can someone maybe help me a little? maybe give a small guess too my problem.
i am quite dissapointed that i cant play NW
after 1 try i click again and it asks me too enter my key (i do) and it says incorrect key while i type everything EXACT

It is a server side problem, we just have to wait until Taleworlds fixes it. I was lucky enough to be able to join servers but now, because I left the server I was in I have the same error.

Taleworlds is switching their main servers to a new server hoster and new boxes.
As such there are some troubles with their server list server and key auth servers...

Hopefully will be solved today...

This is completely out of our hands.
