Title: M&B NW Won't Launch - Windows 10

My friend is inable to launch M&B, It goes up to the syncing part, and then closes.
No warning message, no error.

He has:

Shadowplay has been issue for me before if that person has that installed. I turned it off and M&B started fine

Wasn't shadowplay merged into Gamestream or something? I read your problem, but was inable to find it on the new shitty layout of Geforce Experience

Oh yes, I had forgotten about that. General rule of thumb, try turning all that off and see if it helps.
