I do sometimes wonder why people pick regiment names like this when there are soo many regiment names out there and when you pick a name like the 91st, which is probably one of the worst historic highlander regiments it seems like people just want attention.

The Dilemma of being me or Bever:

Guy comes up with a complaint like rule violation.
Following possibilities:

1. You decide complaint is justified - target of complaint and fellow minded people may hate you for it
2. You decide complaint is not justified - complainant and fellow minded people may hate you for it

Forum arguments are guaranteed in any case

You could just make refs mandatory  and stop this whole apeals system thing where stuff that could be very easily delt with by a slay in game, for example a fire in charge turns into a large argument afterwards.
