So no matter what I set my FPS, graphics settings, etc. to, eventually the game starts to drop frames consistently over time. I've messed around with a bunch of settings and can't find the solution.

Windows 10 Pro 1809

i9-9990k

2080 graphics card - updated to latest driver

I've tried compatibility, and adjusting options in Geforce

It's an annoying problem I didn't have before I built this PC
