I can't always maintain the thread and update the roster on here but I have multiple people who can and would like to assist. But rather than having them create a new thread I would love to be able to allow them to modify the thread for me.

I don't think it's possible unless every one who is permitted to edit had moderator on the entire regiment sub-forum. That would never happen.

I am not sure if this is possible as a feature. Have you seen it used elsewhere?

No, like I said I'm almost certain it's impossible. I don't think it is possible on any forum software and it can't be modded/there isn't any mods for it.
