Also, in no way did I 'ruin' your discussion thread - I made a sincere post on it, sorry if it offended your emotions; want a lolly and a sticker?:)

holy.fuck.

Do you actually, like ever shut up about fucking complaining? Why go through the effort to get people banned and cry like a bitch. Why can't you go and suck on Angela Merkels tits m8. Seriously though, grow up and stop crying about what people do, go to Tumblr if you actually want people to care.

11. No posting of National Socialist imagery, symbols or right wing opinions or representation that may glorify or seek to represent elements of former Nazi Germany.
In many countries such symbols and imagery are banned particularly in Germany where FSE's host servers are based. At the end of the day this is a forum for the enjoyment of FSE products and not a platform for political discourse. FSE does not wish to contravene Germany's strict policies in regards to Strafgesetzbuch section 86a and thus requests that its users adhere to this policy as part of the terms of service agreement.

Good Moderators of FSE, I implore you to take swift and immediate action against the user known as Ted for violating Section 11 of the Official Forum Rules. It is the opinion of this user that through the charges listed below, Ted has provided a direct representation of elements of former Nazi Germany in contravention of this most crucial rule.

Charge the First: Stifling all discussion on issues at hand in an arbitrary manner (to be in "control"), then justifying this action on a small number of users engaging in minor shitposting. This clearly represents Hitler's use of the brownshirts and other less than savoury methods to stifle debate and prevent dissenting opinions from being voiced.

Charge the Second: Abusing the powers granted to him as OP to ensure absolute power over what is posted in his threads (and who it is posted by). This is a clear representation of Hitler's seizing of absolute power in Germany and forthwith his use of said power, removing "undesirables" from society and picking and choosing who would be allowed to remain (and in what position).

Charge the Third: Attempting to seize and wield constantly greater power, to a level far exceeding any reasonable authority (ie. the ability to mute users which is reserved solely for moderators, and with which he has no right or authority to make threats upon the good people of FSE) - clearly representative of Hitler's annexation of Austria, re-militarization of the Rhineland, and annexation of the Sudetenland as well as his general practices in germany).

Charge the Fourth: Using threats and intimidation to stake his claim/prevent challenges to his power; in this case threatening users with bans from his threads or with mutes from the whole of FSE should they disobey his own personal rules. Again this a clear portrayal/representation of the intimidation and threats used by Hitler to maintain power and enforce his will/laws.

Charge the Fifth: Gestapo-esque use of both the report functionality and this whine thread along with a very narrow interpretation of the site rules (almost as committed to the letter of the law as Shylock) to stifle those who disagree (ie. banning them from threads and/or locking them then reporting to mods when they come back justifiably upset)

Charge the Sixth: Douchebaggery of the highest order.

With these charges in mind, it is the recommendation of this user that the OP known as Ted be banned from FSE for a period no less than six million days and furthermore be sentenced to 12 gorillion hours of hard labour at Yad Vashem assisting the groundskeeper with the planting of new trees.

It is so recommended.

I like memes just as the next guy but it would be nice to have the odd civil discussions. I mean somehow you've turned a thread on serious discussion and lack of it into a meme. Love you all the same except for Liam...  autist.

I believe that the FSE rules should be changed to reflect the greatest set of rules know and unknown to man, the Constitution of the United States of America.

Alright you guys. Take it easy.

1. If you think that posts are off-topic, insulting, or otherwise against the rules, you can report them, and we will investigate them. If you feel that a thread is stupid, unnecessary or otherwise silly, just ignore it.

2. Member-made lists of people that 'are't allowed to post on this thread' have no legitimacy, and thus ignoring that list is not a punishable offense. Members can still make them, but they are nothing more then a suggestion to both members and moderators. The only exception to that rule is the Regimental Board, because it avoids inter-regimental fights - the same reason why OP's can remove posts in their threads.
