Nature of their offense: Well at the end of a round I accidentally hit him once with my sword, total accident, then the next round, he TKs me not even 3 seconds into the round.

Time and date of their offense: Approx. 2:45PM CST Wednesday, December 5th, 2012

If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: I was the one who was TKed by him.

Here you can see him giving the reason why he TKed me when someone asks "What's up with the TKs?", he responds "He hurt me", showing that it was intentional

Sorry in advance if you're not supposed to put ban requests for single TKs, but I've seen single-TK-banrequests get approved before, if you have evidence that it was intentional, which I do.

I highly doubt that we will ban a player for a single Teamkill.

We look for intention and patterns of rule breaking.

In this case we will not ban the offender, although should this happen again post another report, link this one, and I will take a harsher stance.
