Here's a couple ideas I have about the header - If you could make the photo look as sharp as possible, that'd be great. What I think would be fantastic is if you could put the second picture (the Prussian eagle) in the center, which would remove the need for "19te" in the center of the picture. The language and picture could be placed at the bottom, just large enough to make it readable.
Otherwise, I trust your abilities here. You've done a great job thus far. ;)
