tbh people who suggest the NLC rules probably forgot how actually broken that was :P

I mean regiment A reaches his camp spot, regiment B reaches his spot but 4 minutes later.

Referee steps in alright regiment A you have to move out as you were on that hill for *insert time here*

forcing regiment A now to move out whilst regiment B moves up from there place and starts shooting because they only got to there position 4 minutes later.
