Inf+Cav Tournament(s) in 2019?

I was wondering what happened to the idea of inf+cav tournaments, is it discarded already?

imo it was a very refreshing idea that not just brought two communities together (which normally don't interact with each other) but also brought some new competitive vibes into this old game. I'd personally appreciate to see this idea getting picked up again with some improved rules etc.

Not sure if I'm all alone with that opinion

I'd say yes. The rules just need to be further defined in terms of when a cav is last alive.

Forcing them to dismount would make the tournament a lot less lengthy.

Whoever organize this would have to put some thoughts into the ruleset because such tournament has never been hosted before and in order to make the event fair, interesting and enjoyable for both class, some issues are bound to arise.

But the idea is cool, good luck to whoever hosts it.
