Custom Aim Sights

Hi,I am looking for some good aim sights. I have one installed, but I don't like it. Give me download links and photos!

You can probably check the "mods" section of the forums for some, but here is one I found.
EDIT: ^ A search I did yielded no results, but I just checked quickly since I'm waiting for class to start.

I used it in the past and it is pretty good. It is small and unobtrusive.

It says its for M&B, Warband, and WFaS..but as long as you put it in the NW folder, it will work for NW too.
