The Mess Hall / State of the NW comp Community and how you could improve it

Would be too off-topic / too much for the Event Ideas Thread so here we go
I thought I'd give my opinion on the current state of the scene, since I've came across some of this in my research for a project I'm working on.
So besides the "spam" of tournaments: (you can see how the player base basically decreased with the increase of tournaments over the years)
- Atm NW doesnt offer a platform that rewards teams for not disbanding every 2 weeks, like in CS with the RMR points.
- I still think EIS would be a good idea with the working script and if I would behave better :^) since it punishes you if you disband your team, and I also didnt accept newly formed teams.
- In my opinion it would be interesting to see, what you call T1 and T2 tournaments in CS, once per month in form of what was EIS League 1 & 2. And maybe max. 1 other GF tourn per month. I dont feel like a League taking weeks would work out properly with the current state of the community.
- That and things like TOG would work out if ppl would accept some stuff as official. Best example are the 1000 lists. If you have that 1 tournament that uses that 1 method to rate players (HLTV Rating 2.0 e.g.) and base lists off of that you wouldnt have that amount of bias & salt. Having more than 1 list is just unnecessary. Even tho I hate cav, the cav community is showing us how it could be with just having 1 list
- The idea of the Team Rankings from Tardet & Kraz is a good example of something that seems to be accepted as something thats kind of "official", since its the only Team Rankings list out there & rewards teams that dont disband.
On the scene seeming to be dying slowly:
- Imo the main reason is that people just want to play in stacks. Many have a too big ego to try and bring new players into the competetive scene. There are still enough players playing casual LBs that arent bad. I've tried to bring in new people into the GF scene in form of Geralt and Kingsom by recruiting them for NaVi since I think they have potential or are already good enough. Best example of that are the same boring discussions in front of each NWWC where nations "cant field enough".
- Another reason might be the toxicity. I cant blame anyone for being toxic since im one of the most toxic retards here. But which new player wants to play when he has to be scared of getting flamed in a game?
Since I'm often using the CSGO scene as reference, every host there is using HLTV as reference for everything (except for ESL which have their own team rankings). The CSGO scene also shows how too many tournaments are a bad thing since atm the teams play tournament matches every 2-3 days which causes drop in performance for some teams aswell as many people feeling fatigue.
Would be nice to see constructive criticism / your opinion on this in a way that isnt insulting
