North & South: First Manassas / Can't Play

Help me I really want to play this mod and I cannot even play the first time I downloaded it I downloaded 1.0 then the 1.1 patch the Textures would not load the suits were black so I reinstalled. The second time I just downloaded 1.1 full , the second time I cannot even play I get an error, Pic included
