Yeah Jorge has some good meleers that come to his big 1v1's but if you 1v1 him any other time thats not for anything its the normal members that are pretty bad, rating him as a leader I would put him a little bit higher maybe but his regiment as a whole I would defenitely give a bump. Still the question hasn't been answered about the leaders. Is the list about Leaders or the regiment they led? because if its about leaders the list is severely skewed

Although leading a line of melee whores can make a leader seem better than they are, it's not really an auto win either. It only takes holding at the wrong moment or getting out flanked or otherwise out maneuvered to get your entire line shot to pieces, even regiments full of melee whores are not immune to bullets.
