Can't wait to see what the zulus look like. Also will you all players black if their on the zulu side?

Well we recommend zulu players use black characters but ultimately i don't think we can force them to. We can make all zulus have black bodies because the naked torso is actually an item but i don't think it's possible to force the player only use black faces.

Not the best way but you can make the head item a zulu head,it does however rob the player's of their personality persay.

The Martini-Henry was a breech-loading single-shot lever-actuated rifle adopted by the British Army...
During the Martini-Henry period in service, the British army were involved in a large number of colonial wars, most notably the Anglo-Zulu War in 1879. The rifle was used by the company of the 2nd Battalion, 24th Regiment of Foot present at Rorke's Drift. During the battle, 139 British soldiers successfully defended themselves against several thousand Zulus. The weapon was not completely phased out until 1904.

Seems fairly balanced:
British
-Good at ranged combat.
-Not very good in melee.
Zulus
-Bad at ranged combat.
-Good in close quarter fighting and melee.
