INTRODUCTION |
https://youtu.be/wPdeBiCHw7Y | Founded in 2017 as an offspring of group fighting inspired 2nd regimental members, led by Voluble and ThrowUpTheX a team known as ChimpZ, would later become one of the greatest group fighting teams of all time. The original roster consisted of: Olaf, ThrowUpTheX, Matues, Freestyle, Jaypegg, Voluble, Freaki07, Wolpi Shogunai and Lonedoge. After a long period of lower tier group fighting and practices (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVftKQuSDJY&ab_channel=HerculesTP) the team started to gain traction in the scene, empowered by a squad of upcoming and current powerful German players known as Felociraptor, Destiny, Phoenix and Wolpi alongside Voluble, X, Lonedoge, Shogunai, Vortx and Golden the team was finally an established threat (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_56UQOlKEU&ab_channel=Voluble). After a period of lower 4-6th tournament positions and many hard fought and intense practices (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7y2H2Itnhg&ab_channel=Voluble) the team one again improved, when the team merged into the 66th Berkshire Regiment at the time the strongest and most powerful regiment in the game, ChimpZ was able to make Berkovic and Hokej main members whom would later see many victories with the team. ChimpZ with now an established roster received its first top 3 placement with this team: Destiny, Pheon!x, Shogunai, Vortx, Max1m, Lonedoge, Golden, ThrowUpTheX, Wolpi, Voluble. The team went on to grab two more 3rd places within the same one month period. Disbanding for good after 8v8 and EGS Season One Finals :( Been a good run for over 4 years with many members and many memories and trophies but all good things come to a end :) Going to try end on a high and all of us will try new projects so yeah :) Happy to disband the team for good knowing it is for sure a top 5 (top 3 IMO) all time team to win in multiple eras!
