Can someone make a skin for me? Like a faction overhaul for The Japanese imperial Army. I would be in that person's debt if he does that for me.

There are a few tutorials that can teach you how to make skins, models and basic coding. For your request you'll need to know modelling, unless someone has released a mode already (which i think there is a model for Japanese soldiers) and how to texture, which isn't too hard.
If you want to get something done, its best to do it yourself.
