Like he announces a Team left (what about 2 others did aswell) but Roster and Team List is months old... If you wanna do this tournament as Professional as told/shown, you also need to take care of The data in regular Time periods.

Also, Im not sure why we have to speed up the GFL? IF we really need to do that make the teams play 2 matches per week instead of making it best of 10 and keeping the same lenght of the matchweeks , that wont speed it up at all. Sure matches will be over quickly but then you just have to wait a week until the next one anyways. There must be a much better solution than just making it best of ten?
