I'll try and help you out here. Seems to me that "Kore" the expert on human character here is saying that Goomba is racist and brain damaged. Thus resulting in him not being a "well behaved human".
What escapes me though is why Kore thinks he has any ability to call anyone those things....must go back to the fact that he is most of those things he called goomba thus he has the ability to know what to look for in others. Otherwise he's a complete dumbass who doesn't have any reason to interject his thoughts on someone he has never met.
