Ah, right. That was an update stating that we reached 10 signatures which I posted when we actually reached the 10 signature mark. The total signature count is in the top right. We currently have 40 signatures, which I believe is quite a large amount for the server player levels - here*edit - this is a reply to Maurice, forgot to quote q.q*

Well here is some new information that you did not have;Spoiler The guy who owns the server could in theory and practice keep a user banned as much as he wants, regardless of the promises made by admins who are appointed by him in the first place simply because, he can.[close]

Yes, he can.And the banned could whine about it all they want but server owners do not need approval from anyone in regard to the management and the rules of their own server, which they hold all the rights to.
