are you sure your on the legit version and not just downloading the game off taleworlds without the CD key?

For the love of... *Insert curse here*. It's just a key problem, it has happened a lot over the time NW has been around. However, I do not know whether it is a taleworlds problem (Seen as though they are the 'publishers' of NW, they probably operate the key server (?)). Don't worry if you have the problem, yes it's irritating, but it usually doesn't last that long and will fix itself. If you are very bored and desperate you can try:

1) Reset your router

And that's about it!
