[GL] Grant's Emancipators

Purpose
Grant's Emancipators are a collection of people throughout the regiments of Grant's Legion who wanted to form a larger melee group. This is a result of many of the regiments within Grant's Legion being specialized in things other than melee, namely sharpshooting and artillery. Thus, to better include such individuals within those regiments, the decision was made to form it. Therefore, the Emancipators will participate in groupfights against other regiments outside of the Grant's Legion and will also partake in future regimental groupfight leagues. Anyone within a regiment of the Grant's Legion is welcome to join.
