Each captain will be given a budget of €20.000.000 which they will use to purchase players in an auction system that will take place on a Sunday evening in a Teamspeak and an Online Spreadsheet.

The captains will be picked selectively by the tournament organizers based on their competency, skill and experience. The organizers' 10 captain choices will be announced on the Teams thread and the prices will also be announced then as well for players.

§ 1 Captain's Responsibilities
§ 1.1 Organize the matches for your team in the deadline.
§ 1.2 Handle disputes in your team.
§ 1.3 Attend the draft night held on a date that will be announced.
§ 1.4 Report players that are behaving in a way that contradicts the rules before the team gets disqualified.
§ 1.5 Strict commitment to the league. If you think you won't be able to go all the way through the tournament, don't bother signing up.
§ 1.6 Each player present must play at least 5 rounds per match.

§ 2 General Rules
§ 2.1 Be respectful towards other players and the referees both on the forum and in-game.
§ 2.2 No hacking of any sort.
§ 2.3 Try not to shitpost on the thread.
§ 2.4 Try to not drop out from the League once you sign up, if someone does drop out of your team please let the organisers know.

§ 3 Scheduling
§ 3.1 Team captains must agree on a matchday, post it in the thread and do them until Sunday, 00:00 GMT.
§ 3.2 If there is no referee available, the captains will be given a temporary admin password that they will use to administrate the matches, they must post a screenshot of the end result on the thread as the regular referees do.
§ 3.3 Messing with the admin password will result in immediate disqualification.
§ 3.4 There is no need to compromise with the referees with the match dates, but try to compromise with the time the match will be played on.
§ 3.5 It is the captain's responsibility to ask his players if they can attend on a certain day and have the sufficient amount of players on the matchday.
§ 3.6 If both captains cannot agree on a match date, they have to alert the organizers, so they assign the date the match will be played on.
§ 3.7 If both servers are full, a separate server, provided by one of the players, can be used where a referee can be given the admin password.
§ 3.8 In case of the match being played on a separate server, we strongly encourage a map for the appropriate format.

§ 4 Roster Rules
§ 4.1 The setup will be 11 players per team, substitutes included.
§ 4.2 Player trades will be possible at a certain date, set by the organizers. Maximum 2 players can be traded per team and of course both teams must agree on the trade and 1 new transfer as long as you have the funds to do so.
§ 4.3 Players from teams that are eliminated from the tournament are not eligible for trading.
§ 4.4 Playing in more than one team under an alias will result in the disqualification of the player.
§ 4.5 If your team are in possession of a member that should not be in the team regularly, your team will be disqualified.
§ 4.6 If one of your members goes to play for another team, your team will go unpunished and the player will be disqualified.

§ 5 Match Rules
§ 5.1 The match format will be First to 15 (first to 15 in the knockouts as well).
§ 5.2 Aliases are prohibited, you must use the name that you've signed up with.
§ 5.3 Spectators are allowed to join the match and watch. It is the referee's responsibility to handle them if they are behaving in an unpleasant manner.
§ 5.4 Combat speed will be Medium, with all bonuses set to 0.
§ 5.5 Both teams have 15 minutes to gather their players on the agreed server.
§ 5.6 If a team fails to turn up with at least 5 players 15 minutes after the agreed match start, the other team has to contact an admin immediately grant them the default victory.
§ 5.7 If a team fails to bring more than 5 players on the field, they can play with those numbers or the captain can forfeit the match.
§ 5.8 Substitutions are allowed at all times throughout the match.

§ 6 Auction Rules
§ 6.1 Bids will be anonymous, the auctioneer will say the bids out loud on Teamspeak.
§ 6.2 The person with the highest bid will get the player they want.
§ 6.3 Captains will be given a price for themselves by the organizers, for team-balance sake.
§ 6.4 Players will be put in separate skill brackets and their starting price will depend on it.
§ 6.5 There will be a minimum bid increase of 100k, for example you can't start at 3,000,000 then go to 3,000,100.
§ 6.6 There will be a maximum value for a player of 6,000,000.
§ 6.7 Players may be discounted from their original value if no one makes a bid during the auction.
