Just answer me. Russia played 10v10 GF tonight against Czechoslovakians and still had 3 specs. While ukrainians can't get properly 7 players to play a GF against someone. Can you explain me why you decided them to merge with russians and not ukrainians as example?

Unless both teams agree to it, if both teams can't agree on a server then it defaults to a server neither team is home to e.g. GER v FRA can't play on GER or FRA server unless they agree on it.
