Official Decree, from the Office of President LaBelle, First President of the Confederate States Of America

It is with considerable consideration that I, President LaBelle, do hereby order these three decrees, etched into law by our Honorable Senate and House, and made official and Sacrosanct under Confederate Law:

3.
