What you fail to realize is that i'm extremely socialist/progressive on economic issues, but i'm moderate or even sometimes slightly conservative when it comes to social issues. I have never really called myself a progressive because that deals with both economic and social issues while socialism is almost entirely an economic position. This is how i can support Bernie Sanders while at the same time disagreeing with whatever fuck wit wrote this article about MAH FEELINGS! Also, how am i a closeted racist/misogynist? Because i disagree with neo-feminists? Your logic is SOOOOO flawed.

Nothing is gained when a woman says "I feel this issue affects me in this way in which I care about", and then a man who has no experience with what that woman is talking about says "No, haha shut up stop whining". It's not your place to decide what is important and not important within a group of issues which you are not qualified to speak on.

If i believe the cause is valid and does not negatively harm me in any way then i will support it, i may even fight for it. I consider myself an egalitarian but not a feminist because i do not wish to be associated with these fucking idiots. Also, just because i am not personally involved in a group of people, that then means that i'm not allowed to criticize it? By that logic, i should not have the right to criticize Assad because i don't live in Syria and it doesn't effect me and i don't know EVERY detail about what's going on. Secondly, none of the shit you listed are actual feminist issues. Censoring sexism in video games is meant to combat objectification and dehumanization of women. Whether or not games like GTA actually reinforce objectification is highly debatable, and I seriously doubt you'll ever find a group of 10 feminists who will agree on that issue. It isn't black and white like that.

Gender and race quotas are another proposed solution to the issue of workplace inequality. Again, this is just one solution. Whether it's a good idea or not is not something that is universally agreed upon. Just because some college girl on tumblr started a social media campaign to force workplaces to install gender neutral bathrooms doesn't mean it's included in the canon of feminist ideology. People have different ideas for how to fix problems. If you left your house more often you might have realized that by now.

Does that mean all women are qualified to be president? No. Does that mean most feminists consider the sex of the candidate to be the most important part? Not at all. I bet you think women operate on a hive mind because none of them will talk to you kek.

The word 'bossy' is seen as a problem by some feminists because it implies that any time a woman asserts herself and does not submit to pressure she is a bitch or trying to push people around. Does everyone agree with this analysis? No. Does everyone want to outright ban the word? Absolutely not. In fact I have no knowledge of a push to have the word banned, although I'm sure you could scrounge out some twitter post if you wanted to.

First, the term Neo-Feminism was not coined by me, the first place i heard it was from Kyle Kulinski, a progressive (and feminist) talk radio host. The reason that he felt the need to coin that term was because there was no term to really differentiate Traditional Feminism and the Modern Extremist Feminism. I guess you could say "3rd wave feminism" but there is a lot of reasonable stuff in 3rd wave feminism that i can agree with. The term Neo-Feminism is a way to describe these people without using the offensive term of "feminazi." In this way, i can say that not all feminists are neo-feminists and not all neo-feminists are feminists because they disagree on a number of issues, it also prevents Modern Choice Feminism with being lumped in with their more extremist counterparts. Choice Feminism being the type of feminism that i mostly agree with.

Now the idea of censoring because what it depicts MAY offend certain people, well since i'm much more libertarian when it comes to freedom of speech along with censorship. I would say, FUCK NO! This however is mostly a philosophical position. The fact that Anita Sarkeesian is getting national coverage for her beliefs on video games and how it effects women and feminism tells me that this actually is a (neo-)feminist issue. Are you starting to see the need now for the term Neo-feminist? This isn't a real feminist issue but it is a real neo-feminist issue Get it now!?

See when this idea is proposed, it sounds good in nature in how it will prevent inequality but when you actually look at job distribution, racial population distribution and things like that, you can quickly see how this idea can be horribly wrong. I can explain with this question, "What if there aren't enough applications from minority workers or what if minority workers have less qualifications than a white counterpart and the quota has not yet been met?" In these instances do we just LET the company be fined? Do we hire the less qualified worker over the more qualified worker? Do we just say, fuck meritocracy?
