The Prince's Flag, btw, not the Princes Flag. - The Prince's Flag

I mean, technically in dutch it is Prinsenvlag. Prinsen is plural for Prince. So Princes flag would be correct.
It could also be a short version of Prins z'n vlag. Which would indeed translate to Prince's Flag.
But Princes Flag is fine and technically correct.

I agree with your reasoning for it being plural, but the official translation of the flag is "The Prince's Flag", that is, if you don't translate it directly. I personally believe this has to do with an old spelling of the title of Prince (see Het Wilhelmus), where "een Prinse van Oranje" is sung, instead of "een Prins van Oranje". That is not to include the fact that the original text wrote it as "Prince", not "Prinse". This leaves us with the "N" in between. I think your argumentation could be correct on a shortened version for "his" or for "van", but I have a feeling the plural spelling is rather an outdated grammatical feature that has been altered with time, which in turn has led to this confusion. My guess is that Prinsen is just an old way of saying "the Prince", like in other Germanic languages, or that they just snuck an "N" in between because it sounded better/looked more correct. Also, as it continues to be used today, turning it plural makes sense for successive purposes. So yes, plural makes sense in Dutch, but the official translation of the flag is singular.

It's spelled Liechtenstein, not Lichtenstein. - Principality of Liechtenstein

Finnish Coat of Arms, not "Finish".  - Coat of Arms of Finland

The Austro-Hungarian one is just the Austrian Empire's flag. Otherwise it would include green. - Austrian Empire

Bavaria variant 2 is probably the city of Krakow; not a secondary version. - Free City of Cracow

Saxe-Coburg has 2 green/white bars, and this one only includes one white bar. I believe it belongs to the city of Rotterdam. The green colour fits better, too. - City of Rotterdam

The Holy Roman Empire one is the flag of Silesia (part of Prussia at the time). - Silesia

The red horse of Hannover (?) should probably be renamed to the white horse, then, no? Anyway, it is just the flag of Hannover. - Electorate of Hannover

The Prince's Flag, btw, not the Princes Flag. - The Prince's Flag

The Royal Shield of Portugal is just the Portuguese flag at the time. Blue was introduced with Queen Maria II. - Kingdom of Portugal

Principality of Transilvania could be renamed to the "Grand Principality of Transylvania". - Grand Principality of Transylvania

The Electorate of Alsace-Baden is just the Electorate of Baden. - Electorate of Baden

It is called the "Confederation of the Rhine", not of the Rheinbund. Rheinbund is the German term for it. - Confederation of the Rhine

I also believe the "Freikorps" one is actually Russian because of the eagle displayed on it, but I'm not sure about this, so no need to change it.

The blue flag with the yellow circle/sphere is the flag of Brazil. - The Kingdom of Brazil

Maybe try and make the namings uniform? List what entity it is before giving the name or remove all the entities.
