Sticky'ed thread in modifications

For the people who cannot bear to go to the Taleworlds forums to ask modding questions (there has been quite a few recently)
make a sticky'ed thread in the modifications board
 so people can ask without making new threads. and where people can help.
(Just a Suggestion.)
