What would make you a good Admin: After months of experience with working on Napoleonic Wars servers I've gained a fairly relaxed initiative over dealing with rulebreakers. My main priority is simply bringing popularity to the server, and socialising with the players rather than actually putting my entire mind towards hunting and sniffing out potential rulebreakers; of course the job implies that punishing rulebreakers must be done, but I keep a calm temperament towards dealing with players, as after all... I'm not a policeman, I'm also a player. I always follow the conduct that if a player breaks the rules, he's a) bored, or b) doesn't understand how to play. I will always make sure to talk to the player first (unless it's an extreme circumstance), before punishing - after all, as said before prioritizing server popularity is the best option, and keeping potential loyal players in the future is essential to a successful server. Administrators shouldn't be seen as intimidating or placed in a dark shadow, because of the 'powers' they possess.

Whats your Admining experience: I've hosted 3 of my servers for line battles, and hosted numerous different events in the 'Taleworlds' era. These consisted of 200 players playing zombies, or just simply line battles. I was an ex admin for the Groupfighting Server, and also currently host NW Groupfighting with Hekko. Not alot really needs to be written here in all honesty, apologies if it's too short!
