Nature of their offense: Shooting while he was knowing it was against the rules.
Time and date of their offense: 03-12 18:00
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: I kept killing him, to this I was called a hacker for killing him all the time.
He had been on the server for more then 20 minutes not shooting one single time. But once he realised I kept killing him, he felt like shooting me.

First of all, I was not aware of the rule of not shooting and apologized right afterwards. The reason I shot you was because you kept running away from me after the duel started.

Regarding the Autoblock hack accuse, It still stands, and it was not because of anger towards you, but because I am rather sure you actually used a hack. When I told you why I suspect you of this, you just replied with insults, which made it rather clear that debating would be pointless anyway.

I'm sure the admins can go trough the logs and see that I at any point was not acting unreasonable.

PS. The rules also state that you shouldn't interrupt duels, while you and Mike deliberately did it several times in turns while I was duelling the other one of you.

Not aware? Clearly you didn't shot one single bullet before that incident and you had been in it for atleast 20 minutes.
Running away? I was actually just taking advantage of my reach with the bayonet as you were a swordsman and obviously you kept losing when I did this. Holding down the "S"key while spam stabbing is not really how you would type it "Running away".
Of course it stands, you said you have seen those things before by searching on google, wasn't that the case? Your argument is not very valid here.
I can atleast be honest by saying that I did write "retard/retarded" a few times but it clearly is the case here.

I tought it was more etiquette not to shoot than rule, since I had not seen it on the "Show game rules" list the last time I checked it. And just because I think it is allowed does not mean I would shoot people, I came there to practice melee, not shooting.

 I shot you once, and apologized once you pointed out it is not allowed.

You did not belive me when I informed you that there is a hack for it out there, so I told you to use google to find one, just to prove my point. I have seen a friend of mine use an autoblock hack, and I instantly recognized it then aswell, and told him to stop using it.

Belive me when I say that I would not accuse you of this if I was not sure about it.

On defense of ZeroSkilled, I see him all the time on the Groupfighting server where he does miss blocks occasionally, but mostly 95% of the time, he gets every block in. Don't accuse him of hacking because he knows how to block after playing a considerable amount in groupfighting, and I am sure most people would agree with my statement.
