Yes they are not allowed. EU/NA double regging is only that will likely be allowed.

Two Seasons are withdrawing from the Tournament. We feel the hoster has been unprofessional and would not like to be part of such a group.

I am speaking on the behalf of the clan, not for myself.

4e is withdrawing as well as TNWL is fine with us and would rather not participate in this 5 league.

Also the unprofessional comments and arguments on here have pushed my guys away and they asked me to withdraw so i will go with dem.
