Spoiler
As far as I'm concerned other than this hiccup (which of course I am taking responsibility for and admitting to my mistakes by stepping out of the team)

If we are being real this wasn’t a hiccup. This was actively hidden. I thank you for your mature response about this but playing this off as a one time thing is not okay. The fact you tired to cover this up with A. Saying white knight was Eddie, a old german player and B. Adding a player called white-knight to your roster before the match on Sunday to make it look like he was in the regiment. This isn’t a hiccup, this is a well planned deception.
Regardless it is a 'one time thing'. It only happened once. Again I admitted all of this and have accepted the responsibility for my actions. I'm not playing it off. I'm simply saying it's not as deep as you are all making this out to be.

I have had a chance now to talk with Chriseh this morning as well as a couple others. I have decided to step down as organiser myself for what I did with BlackBeard AKA WhiteKnight allowing him to play on a 2nd key vs the 55th. I did suggest we do a replay vs the 55th but apparently they don't want this. I don't want to further damage the integreity of the event that I basically ended up having to pickup from MarxeiL when I didn't want to be involved in the first place which I ask you to remember, though this is of course no excuse for my actions. So apologies once again for this. In relation to the rule part whether you believe me or not this was a genuine mistake and has no direct link to the WhiteKnight incident as I explained in my above posts. As the servers are essentially mine I will remain admin on the servers but realistically I assume none of you care about this considering I have admin pretty much everywhere and don't abuse it. Although it makes no difference I'd like to point out that with the WhiteKnight thing my intention was not to alter the result of any match. I knew we'd beat the 55th anyway and I knew we'd lose to 15thYR with or without him but either-way again this doesn't excuse my actions.

I would ask you to remember the work I did put into this event when no one else would over the past few months before Chriseh did step in and also help me at times. No point writing much more than this as it's as to the point as I can get really. Good luck to Chriseh and the others for the last week of the event.

Well, I believe all the damage has been done already, You cheated in your own competition as host and member of the 18e with malicious intent. First of all, as a host and organiser you should read over what you post especially regarding the rules. Then you proceed to just change the rules right before the match instead of saying ah you are right we'll keep to the rules so you could add players. Secondly how stupid do you have to be to cheat in a tournament like this where you are part of a regiment but also a HOST. luckily for us and sadly for you we did our homework. Merely stepping down from hosting this MRGL won't do in the slightest. You'll be informed of the repercussions either today or Wednesday at the latest by Chriseh.
I don't see it as 'sad'. I made a mistake simple as that, regardless if I was caught or not I still regret doing it. It did feel wrong once it was done and again all I can do is apologise. I look forward to seeing your 'repercussions' though lol.

P.S. I've already said this several times but I didn't change the rules for that purpose, I changed them simply because none of the organisational team had been following that rule as none of us new it existed. Again this is my mistake which I have admitted to several times now so I don't see why I keep needing to repeat this.

Well we in the 55th followed it and I look forward to them too LOL. You better not take this lightly or they might get worse :). We have been pretty mild as we are nice guys but if you so wish we can change that.
[close]
I'm not taking it lightly. I literally stepped down as organiser from a tournament I have done practically all the work for which hurt a lot of I'm perfectly honest but I know I quite simply fucked up. Hence why I did. But I don't really see what needs to be done to me outside of MRGL.

Realistically we have people playing actively in this community that have done much worse and we have given them several chances. Not to point out they never actually did anything positive for the community unlike someone like me.

Imagine it was me having done that, I would have been lynched and the 55th would have been dead. all these posts to me seem Ooooh instead of you taking it seriously.

Regiments / Re: 55th "Westmorland" Regiment of Foot [EU] Est. 4/9/2020

Due to recent events and actions from a player affiliated with us in the NW community. Including but not ending with doxing of players and malicious ddos attacks with the intent to disturb and harass other members of the community, we have decided to remove “said” person from the regiment indefinitely. The reason why this has taken an extreme amount of time to come up with this conclusion is that we were taking our time gathering facts and proof and in the end, we concluded that without a doubt he committed these actions and later on confirmed it himself. We are committed in the 55th to make the community a safe and healthy place but we don’t make rash decisions and gather all the facts before we act. We would also like to reach out and apologies to anyone affected by this and hope you understand why it took us so long to act.

Thats the end of the discussion any future comments or discussions within our thread will be deleted.

I don’t think anyone knows of this doxxing my friends, if something like this happened I’ll make sure there’s something done about.
Just to clarify there’s a difference between enlisted making mistakes and people just coming up to the line team killing everyone. Don’t try to switch this around :)

Woffle, with all due respect but we are not trying to switch things around. Blitz is clearly making 3 different points 1) mistakes by enlisted -> dealt with by admins 2) people being rude in chat -> dealt with by admins 3) teamkilling for which we already apologised and admins also took action.  We are merely stating that even though teamkilling is "not done" that they were triggered due to incentives being given to them in chat by certain 92nd members.  This however still does not make it acceptable to do but neither is being toxic in chat.  You could argue this is incompetence in leading or lackluster leading by the 55th but then again I would argue the same towards the 92nd.
Say what you want about the 92nd leadership but we can actually keep our guys in check, apologies if feelings were hurt. Most of our guys were pretty pissed off that you guys were trolling around on novas bday 2v2 so that’s probably what got em started.
Im Also fairly certain that when people type trashy shit towards the 92nd or any reg for that matter it’s members will respond, to avoid anymore inconveniences I suggest you get a grip on the people typing shit towards my lads, you’ll see that in return we will act much kinder ;)

The doxing part I’m very sorry about tho but I’m still to find out what exactly occurred!

Not talking shit about your leadership just saying if that was how you saw us. I can say that only in the second half the trolling appeared as when those tk happend before was played as it should besides my previous point 1 and 2 falling into place which 92nd did not suffer from unless us trying to take a nice group pic is called trolling.  The "incentives" were given in chat before point 3 after which the second half of th christmas event ensued.  We did not know it was Nova his birthday but nevertheless after hearing that we all congratulated him!  I fully agree on the vice versa which is the same for every regiment and I say likewise to keeping your guys in check and talking shit to my guys because we would also respond in a much kinder way :)

I can accept the feedback from the 45thN ;) but 92nd should just keep to their own fse thread lmao

This isnt feedback tho  ???

Did you conveniently leave out the doxxing part or do you need some more time reply?

No shit, ofc it isn't Pieter. I'm saying  that 45thN can always give feedback but I'd rather not hear you talk
Honestly Rayleigh. What do you expect when 45thN is paying for a map and brings 50+ people from 3 companies, when 92nd is bringing 35+ people from 2 companies and when you manage to ruin big parts of it by massively trolling. Congrats. You managed to bring 5 not trolling people.

I mean we thought it was gonna be a fun, laid back, casual Christmas event. When those words come to mind. I don’t think anyone would think it was a serious as it was. Maybe that’s our fault but that’s why myself, and the 55th made an apology to both parties involved. Yet your still dragging this conversation on.

Oh and also. According to one of our members. He was doxxed by one of your members on the 92nd FSE page. Yet himself has received no such apology for it. At least we have the curtesy to reach out and admit when we’ve done something wrong.

''fun, laid back, casual Christmas event.''

So that translates into teamkilling on purpose, firing in the charge, insulting etc.
Good to know you guys have such standards for a fun, laid back, casual event lol, nobody said it was a super try hard event but to simply play normal was the least you guys could have done.

On the apology part I feel like that has 0 impact when its going to happen sooner rather then later again  :-*

Did you conveniently leave out the doxxing part or do you need some more time to reply?

And in terms of doxing, you guys gonna start hitting under the belt that is an oof tbh and kinda low if I may use these "rude" terms. I suggest before lecturing us you better get your own shit together ;).
