A short description of the situation: The moment I joined the Server my ping started spiking, between like 15 and 500. Due to that, I made 2 tks in the I think first 3 rounds (maybe 2 or 4 dunno exactly). After my second tk my screen was frozen and the internet died after. It took me till now to fix my net. Sorry for the tks but especially for the dc. This happening so early in the game is maximum bullshit. But I think you can ask around 50 people and they will all tell you I have internet problems quite often and it takes me a procedure to fix it for like 6-8 hours. Since I have been playing MM for several hours I seem to have run out of time ;(

So far I mostly spoke with Cookie, Steinmann and Fietta (mostly to hear both sides) There haven't been been many cases before where people got banned for doing things outside of MM. Right now I can only think of Obelix and Grynn and the fact if Janne's comments are also counting as disgusting enough to issue a permaban is at least to be questioned for me. I mostly kept Jannes ban going so far because I wanted to make my mind up about this situation first before having to decide. You also have to keep in mind that Janne has a quite bad history on MM and this isn't really working towards his unban either. Like I said the ban wasn't issued by me and I would have liked it more if I was properly informed about it beforehand. But I can tell you that my decison will not be taken based on the presurre on the admin team as in I can see that the admin team is quit split about this. First off you’re generally right that things that happen outside of this board and generally outside of MM are no concern for us. However there are a few things which I feel like MM is sort of involved and where we can’t tolerate such disgusting behaviour. This applies to things such as doxing, cheating, ddosing, personal harassment and generally really disgusting behaviour. I’ve not seen the whole discussion only the initial post and summed up versions of others but I don’t really get why you would joke around on such a serious matter and also issue in the warband scene (not the first person from warband to take his life). Of course a punishment on MM over a few FSE posts is quite harsh and it wasn’t issued by me personally but I would say it wasn't that unjustified. No offense but I don't know if we can call it a discussion because the fact that you left me unanswered for 10 days because you obviously didn't like my question/did not find it relevant made me think that it could still happen so I thought I'd post here in case I had to wait another 10 daysPersonally I wouldn't mind unbanning him too much if he hadn't recently tried to ban evade. Which makes it a lot worse for him. Also in most cases permanently banned means permanently banned and it's not like he didn't have enough warnings before to warn him what would come.
My question is, given that Fluxxy has been acting like a idiot on WBMM which got him banned how can he regain the trust of the admins and get forgiven so he can get unbanned so that he can continue to play the game in an optimal way by being allowed again on WBMM, which would be beneficial to everyone because he is a young player who should normally (if he wasn't acting like a idiot) be able to evolve so that he can bring things back to the community afterward ?
Just to clarify, if I'm speaking for him it's because he's very young and uncomfortable with English so he can't really explain his mind, anyway Fluxyy didn't help his case with his ban evading, but i think he's been banned for a really long time and he's still a young idiot and stopping him from playing the game (because yes, apart from WBMM and a couple of tournaments, there's nothing competitive in the game anymore) i think it's a real shame for him that he'll stay banned for a long time just for being a immature kid.But if he is an immature kid, he has no place on WBMM to be honest.

Next time I will also complain, cry and provide screenshots if one of the members of my team does not have a game and he played poorly.Having a bad game is one thing. But 2 hits in 12 rounds is beyond having a bad game to me.

By that logic written above from many commentators need to block not only me for a bad game, bad day and because of my mistakes teams in my line-up lost - no. I would also need to block other players who have a winrate below 50%? , and damage is less than 300-400 units .
This is not fair and stupid. Block and do not allow to play those who do not play well, those who do not succeed and so on . Some people are just slow to develop, some do not develop at all, or he got tired and bored with the game and he plays at the same level most of the time. We are not blocking players for that - that's stupid.
One thing is to block a person when he turned off the chat completely so as not to see and hear insults in his address in the chat - as I did.
Another thing is to block players who play badly, who are the first to die and make the same mistakes. It's precisely for the development, training, and just enjoyable pastime most players and go. If they are blocked because they have other interests, personal life, and they play worse than you on some parameters - it is not a reason to block them.

I won't take anyone's side but making 40 dmg in a game on WBMM whether you say good or bad is not possible there are players ten times less experienced than bodya who have been playing the game for several years and yet they make more than 40 dmg so short of trolling/feeding I don't see how.
