European Lights Cup - Season 1 - 1st: 92nd - 2nd: RG - 3rd: 7th

INFORMATION

The European light infantry cup is a new tournament developed to bring a new competitive scene to the NW community. It's aims are to develop the light infantry competitive scene and to bring new players also to the competitive scene. The tournament is still to be developed and is very work in practise so there will be constant rule set changes and edits as well as FSE changes.

The aim of this new tournament is to create a new scene for lights with equal skill levels with a new and interesting rule set to make the lights community more competitive and to drive a higher level of skill and leadership in settings other than regular infantry.

The Group Stages will be best of 10 rounds. Play offs of this tournament will be played best of 10 rounds. in case of a 5-5 draw the match will continue till a 2 round lead is established with a team change each round. There will be no draws in the knockout stages.

This thread is designed for the discussion and development of the tournament. feel free to post ideas, or anything else related to the subject on this thread. more threads to come soon.


This new tournament is hosted by the regiments of the 55th, 45thN and 92nd and is heavily inspired by the EIC tournament.

A Lights 1v1 tourney was actually attempted at some point but I think it was made as more of a laugh than anything else.

Like they even did an arty 1v1 tourney which was stupid but absolutely banter at the same time.
