I'm up for ideas or a discussion but reasonable.  If I see some FRA domination bullshit or golden crying I WILL REPORT AND DEPORT.

Id say do it 5v5 / 6v6 as you said and decide if you allow multiple teams per nations as soon as you know how many teams you will have without the 2nd teams

5v5/6v6 is not a NWWC, NWWC include a large format so 7v7/8v8 is fine, England - France - Germany - Netherlands/Belgium - Spain/Portugal  - Norway/Sweden/Finland - Russia/Ukraine - Greece - Ireland/Scotland it's already 9 teams and I am sure i forgot some
