Chance is still chance, accepting the premise that chance is involved means that there was an instance where jedis could beat poosy. People still win the lottery even if chances are over one in a million. The fact that GER lost and got another opportunity and yet jedi only 1 opportunity in the tournament. How is that fair please explain to me. Never have I seen the like of this where money is involved. That the tournament can simply be edited regardless of the rules and standing. Therefore you have broken the "fair play" principle stated in § 1 of rules


1.You make explicit reference to swiss system of tournament whereby "The winner is the competitor with the highest aggregate points earned in all rounds" That is not the case for Semi-finals whereby GER progresses with lower aggregate points than poosy and jedi. JUST BECAUSE POOSY DISBANDED DOES NOT DELETE THEIR STANDING IN THE TOURNAMENT AND DELETE THE PREVIOUS MATCHES THAT OCCURED. Therefore when already selected for the match-up they cannot be omitted from the fixture . If you wanted to have this function why didn't you include it in the rules... Therefore rule § 3 League Format & Multiteaming has been broken to a gross negligent extent .


2.You broke the rule in the scheduling of match where it is again "Teams are seeded randomly." The fixture of jedi v GER was selected by marxeil SUBJECTIVELY NOT OBJECTIVELY/RANDOMLY . No matter your view, it is still a fact that the fixture was not picked randomly even with evidence of marxeil himself

3. The date from the quote above is when the change of fixture was officially announced. 22nd-28th of October is stated on the page. Therefore this fixture was made before poosy disbanded so the match cannot be altered, as out of match-ups at the Quarter Finals it was Jedi, Poosy, Snappers and Tz0 that emerged to Semi Finals with highest aggregate points. I cannot stress enough how wrong this principle of retrospective action is. There is a reason why its ilegal/unconstitutional to legislate retrospectively i.e for example criminalise people who commit an action that was legal at the time of action. It is unfair and unjust. To explain the events an issue has suddenly arose after match-ups have been chosen for the semi final whereby poosy has disbanded. Marxeil then decides to omit the results that had previously occurred retrospective of previous standing and alter the match ups, putting in GER. Again by poosy disbanding this does not delete their previous match results in the tournament therefore under no circumstances can they be omitted from the match unless there has been a provision for this eventuality in the rules, which there hasn't been.


Look I'm in Jedi, Im not salty about the loss and I didn't insult GER in any way. I only have just quoted the rules and presented you with the ways in which they were broken for this match and the negligent organisation of this match.  Now I dont't know what your english is like Marxeil but I'm not confident that you will be able to understand what I'm presenting to you. I know you won't go back on what you did as most people wouldn't so I don't care if the match of GERvJedi is voided or not. The key thing to note here is that we are not using a pure Swiss-system where it is all essentially one group stage and where the aggregate determines the winner, but rather here in M. League it transitions into a single-elimination playoff stage. What this means is that any points you raised about the Swiss-system don't actually matter, as we are in a completely different playoff format now. What MarxeiL was faced with in this scenario of Poosy no longer participating was therefore to either give JediMasters a free pass to the finals or to allow Germany to take the place of Poosy in the match vs JediMaster (since they were the nearest recent opponent from that line of the playoff bracket). Both of these options are equally valid, especially since it is entirely fair to invalidate all the previous results of Poosy in the playoffs, as they have disbanded.
