Not when all he is doing is calling me a liar about what happened when I have witnesses, provides no evidence and is just trying to keep me banned he did so on my last unban request in march but I could not re-post as he requested in the proper format which I could not comply with until I returned from prolonged Army training. I am following the rules and the admin is not. I do not appreciate being called a liar by someone who does not know me or what goes on in my life so my question is what was I lying about? My son getting hurt? Because your statement that I was team-killing I admitted to in my unban request. Would you like me to post pictures of my nine month old son with the gash on his forehead? You have twice now called me a liar when you have no evidence and everything else you have said was something I already admitted to. SO PLEASE explain how I am lying and how you within 3 minutes have accused me of such, NOT to keep me banned as you say but to DISCUSS the ban. IF you truly wish to discuss the ban check the logs (I am in the process of getting my ID now that I know where to get it). Other than that you have done nothing but throw accusations at someone who is on their FIRST OFFENSE and has been banned for over TWO MONTHS already. People who use racial slurs are banned for less yet you are advocating for a longer ban. So please tell me why he is allowed to post for no other reason than he is an admin and he wishes to use his position to bully a non-active forum member into staying banned. I would have no problem other than he is in no way being productive towards a resolution either for or against a unban, and he insists on calling me a liar.   

ALSO Sorry about the rant. AND MENELAOS can thank JESUS because I learned how to edit my posts. Sorry I don't spend all my time on forums.

he was there with me at the time playing with me and I asked him to vouch for me. and he was stating that the pic only shows one tk.

Menelaos I have played 3 linebattles with you this week have you ever seen me tk or anything else? I don't understand why you are continually trying to keep me banned, but it is uncalled for and needs to stop. I was on with Drew and other members of my Regiment and they will vouch for me.

I have never been on an EU server and the only person I killed was the one chasing my Maj, (the Black Watch with the Scottish flag emblem) because he was continually chasing him. Please do not lie about me when I play (which is rare because of army duty that takes me away often) I play well and on 15th bots or my own regiments server. Otherwise I only play in events or on NA1 with my reg to recruit. I have applied for unban and would like this post taken down.

    What was happening when you got banned, - I was banned awhile back for tk's while protecting a afk member from other members who were tking had to leave because my son fell and hurt himself applied for unban earlier this year (been gone for army duty) reapplying to try and get back on NA1.

What was happening when you got banned- My regiment and I were fighting on NA 1 and I had played for about 30 mins and i was protecting my Cpt because he was afk i had to leave because my 7 month old son had fallen. I was messing with my Cpt and went to stab him when some random guy came in front and did so i then killed the teamate that killed him. I am not the best at melee and when I tk i usually apologize. I have just realized that I was banned because I dont play often but would like to be unbanned, I have never been on EU servers and do not go on them because I only play for lb's and for training. Please unban.
