Information The NWML has been made to create a new experience of fighting. Our goal is to make this the most professional and skilled league ever hosted in this community with a few new ideas. We will achieve this by well performed organization, excellent servers and exceeding adminship. This is a European League. All matches will be held on a French server which should provide decent pings for the whole of the EU player base In this event the classes to be played are Line (Ranker with Bayonet or Officer with sword) . The NWML is a new competitive league pitting the very best meleers that NW has to offer against one another. The tournament will be one on one melee in a duel styled situation. The matches will be a first to 10. The league will be divided into two divisions these two divisions will consist of Sword melee & Bayonet melee. Each section will have multipliable leagues much like a football table. at the end of the season the top 3 will be promoted up a league and the bottom 3 will be moved down. The rule set has been designed to be fair on all members of the community but yet keeps it very simple. The matches are to be played only on official servers while observed by assigned referees. The map that will be used is a custom map made by NWML Staff

Example: Pro and Noob have to play, Pro wins 7-3. Pro wins 7 points + 7-3=5 points, 12 points at the end. Terms and conditions !Must read!
Head into the Brackets to see the list of opponents you have to play against. Contact your opponents through Steam or FSE (private messaging) and arrange the matches to be played whenever you agree, using our official servers: No referee is needed if doing this but remember to screenshot the final score, the organiser will ask for evidence of the match otherwise the fight will be invalid. Keep in mind the league should go for 6 weeks, bayonet players have to play 23 matches wichis around 4-5 matches per week. Feeling lazy to manage that? The organiser and the referee team will run a 1 hour aprox. session on saturdays 8gmt where you can join and play your matches with other players there.

Bayonet: 3 leagues of 24 players
Sword: 2 leagues, one of 16 players and a second of 18

Matches are Best of 10. Contact Chicken and only Chicken to inform of the match result. Remember to give evidence of the match. The reason we've been asking players for their IDs is we'll keep track on each individual, every player is assigned to one ID and the organiser will ensure there's been no one cheating matches. Even more, Tenford is working on whitelisting the server so only the given IDs can join in. Please post yours here this weekend! If you dont know how to check out your ID just join the Groupfighting Server or Tropical Paradise and a welcome message will pop-up with your ID.

The Challonge brackets are there to mark played matches and keep a track on whats been played and whats left. The actual counting system is done through a program developed by Tenford himself. Scoring system: Best of 10. The duel winner will receive 10 points for winning the match + the score difference . The defeated player will only archieve one point per round he won. Ex. 7-3 -> Winner gets the numbers of rounds won + 4. Loser only receives 3 points. The real score will be on the thread first page.
