The European Napoleonic Wars Cup is a new tournament presented to you by Crusher, DarkTemplar, Saphyro and Maskman. It aims to concentrate the fun competitive nature of NWWC into a short one day tournament. Essentially ENWC is a tournament hosted in the classical format of 7v7 but with National teams. This'll give another chance to many NWWC teams that couldn't break through in the 5v5 setting, another chance with a completely different dynamic setting. With summer approaching we plan to host ENWC as a tournament that incorporates all the competitiveness of tw months of NWWC in a single day, hopefully allowing more players  - who don't want their commitments to be bound to a two month league, the chance to play in a simple one day tournament.

Rules

1. Rules are the standard for a groupfight. Teamhitting, Teamkilling or just general trolling will result in your teams immediate removal from the tournament. Admins are to be listened too at all times. When you don't obey the admin commands, this will result in one round playing with one member less, and the 2nd time the guy insulting will get banned from the tournament, and the team has to play with 9 players

2. Matches will be ft5 during the group-stage, matches will be ft7 during the knock-out stage and ft10 in the finals and semi-finals.

3. There will be a group-stage and a knock-out stage. 4 Groups of 6 National Teams per group with the top three going through.
    3b. We will try our best to balance, however we cannot guarantee anything.

4. Rosters will be locked 3 hour before the event. Players can not be taken off or added after this unless under extreme circumstances (highly unlikely).

5. Only 7 members of your national team will be able to play at any given point. It is up the captains discretion to play/bench specific players

6. Only use of the 45e and 33rd units. Its a simple rule to follow, anyone caught another unit will be slayed even if it is during a round.

7. No trash-talk (banter is fine). This rule is for use at the admins discretion, following rule 1.

8 Deadline for sign-ups is 3 days before the start of the tournament.

9. Details for the tournament will be send to all captains at least one hour before the start of the tournament

10. One Member of the team has to be on the server 10mins before it starts.

Rules

1. Players who have played in NWWC 2020 for a nation but would like to swap to play for another national team will have to inform the admins before hand and it will be up the Admins discretion to allow the respective player to play.

2.  Ensure that you treat your Co-Captain with equal responsibility. (Decisions should be made together)

3.  Do not allow any players that are not on your roster to participate within your ENWC matches. (Both the player and the team involved will face penalties or disqualification which is up to the head admins' discretion)

4.  Every captain must have two of the four  tournament organisers as a friend on steam, if they fail to do this they will not be recognised as a captain. Crusher - Saphyro - DarkTemplar - Maskman

5. Captains will be responsible for recruiting players to their respective team and won't be allocated players as in NWWC.
a. They can do this in any number of ways, either privately forming a roster or recruiting players here on the thread by choosing from the pool of Player Applications which will work similar to Free Agents Applications.

6. Captains will be decided by the tournament organisers. To provide support for a captain, PM the organisers or post on the forums, the more support a player has, the higher the chance they have of receiving captaincy of their team. Captains who have lead in previous recent NWWCs will be given priority.

7. If Captains want to create a new coalition or new team they must contact the organisers and the decision will be up to the organisers.

Players don't have to sign on this thread to participate in ENWC as most players will be signed up by their respective team captains as with any other classical group fighting tournament. Player applications will be used similar to Free Agents Applications within classical group fighting tournaments as perhaps some new upcoming players maybe scouted out for their respective national teams, or if national teams are struggling to find 10 players captains may be able to find other new motivated players.
