Title: Gameplay is choppy

Recently while playing, everything is jumping around a lot and it has become frustrating because it is extremely difficult to play. My ping is fine and my computer is fine as well.

By jumping around do you mean.
Your in one place at one time then everything freezes and you end up somewhere else.
(Or a few steps forward)

What video card do you have ? Maybe you have a problem with your FPS..

I've been recently having the same problem. Previously I could run M&B NW just fine however since last week my FPS has been very horrible, hardly going over 20. I don't suppose it is linked to my computer as other games are working just fine which makes this problem very odd considering it happened suddenly.

have you tried restarting ur internet connection!? if not try restard ur pc and clean out ur harddrive and perhaps you need to upgrade to windows 7 or something, maybe buy a new monitor incase the refresh ratae is 20 or smothing like that

I have this problem sometimes too, but only if I leave some internet pages on. Idk what could cause your problem.
