Information


The Napoleons Battles event is a large series of the most famous battles fought in Europe in the Napoleonic wars.
Our two sides are always played by the French commanded by Napoleon himself and a nation of the Coalition.
After one half there is going to be a sideswap and we’re only using selfmade maps.

|Rules|

General Rules
-Allchat only for officers
-Shooting only in formations (Foof)
-No shooting on officers (OA)
-No Fire in charge (Fic)
-No reload in charge (Ric)
-Your line must be greater than 3 otherwise you have to join another line
-No more shooting after the command allcharge is given by the admins
-In closecombat- zones like buildings and forts Fic, Ric and Foof is allowed
-Only German or English in allchat
-Anti-Semitic or racist statement result in a ban

Line

-Min 6 to Max 30 people in one unit
-Must move in formation
-No Kneeling, except for the front rank in a line of two ranks

Light

-Min 5 to 15 people in one unit
-must move in formation
-max 6 feet (2 meter) gaps between two men
-allowed to kneel

Jager

-min 5 to max 15 people in one unit
-allowed to move and shoot in light formation
-allowed to kneel
-no Ric and OA! :P
-allowed to Fic
-max 9 feet ( 3meter) gaps between two men

Arty

-min 4 to max 12 people in one unit
-max two cannons
-max two sappers
-arty without cannons plays as light infantry
-no tnt and plankspam
-OA through cannonfire is allowed

Cavalry

-Min 5 to 15 people in one unit
-must dismount in allcharge
-only lancers are allowed to wield lances
-dragoons must shoot in formation
-hussars must use the (short) saber
