I can't help but feel that bit is a bit misleading. A regiment can be relaxed but not trollish. :P

Maybe also add about how some regiments also have detachments and what detachement you want to join, maybe also add a part that before you join a regiment you may want to play as an invite or something to see if you like the ppl in it, and if you think it's your kind of reg.

And that regiments are the best way to improve and dont just leave the regiment for a big one give everyone a chance.
