Obelix

Obelix has once again shown how little respect he has to his fellow players in the community. With his recent history of derogatory behaviour, doxxing and DDoSing, and given his track record from the past, we have decided to not waste our time with the individual.

Applying the following rules,

1.1 | Be a good sportsman.
1.2 | Players must be respectful to each other, and the tournament administration both on the NWWC sub-board and servers.
1.3 | Players should respect both the letter and the spirit of the rules. Common sense should always be applied, regardless of the situation.

Obelix has been banned permanently from the tournament. May this teach him a lesson.

Muha

Due to recent information provided to the tournament administration, the player Muha has been banned permanently from the competition.

Applying the following rules,

1.1 | Be a good sportsman.
1.2 | Players must be respectful to each other, and the tournament administration both on the NWWC sub-board and servers.
1.3 | Players should respect both the letter and the spirit of the rules. Common sense should always be applied, regardless of the situation.

Muha has repeatedly threatened the tournament administration with DDoS attacks on official NWWC servers, and also admitted to launching these attacks on other players in past tournaments. Due to him showing a blatant disregard for other players, this ban is not to be lifted for the entire duration of the tournament.

Muha has been banned permanently from the tournament. May this teach him a lesson.

Obelix II

After a long thought based on conversations with Obelix, where he showed his grief towards his actions, and debate with the other staff members, I have decided to lift the permanent ban.

Instead, Obelix is now banned for 4 group stage matches and is on a one-strike rule.

CIS2


Some might've heard it already. CIS2 has been using Muha (playing as RUS_Alex123 using the GUID "1915") in their Match against ENG1 this Matchweek.


Applying the following rules,

3.6 | If any teams are found to be possessing players that do not meet the criteria stated in 3.2, the team will suffer an immediate loss for that match, and a -2 start for all following matches.

3.2 | All players must meet the following criteria when signing up for their chosen nation.
      - Were born in X country.
      - Have been living in X country for at least 5 years.

This will result in a 15-0 for ENG1. Additionally CIS2 will start all their next matches with a -2 rounds deficit. Means they will have to win 17 rounds in order to win a match. Next time it will result in - atleast - a disqualification.

CIS3 & BAL


CIS3 has been using Knyaz in their Match against BAL this Matchweek. Knyaz has been removed from their Roster on the 27th February and has not been added back again.

Applying the following rules,

3.6 | If any teams are found to be possessing players that do not meet the criteria stated in 3.2, OR players that are NOT on the team roster, the team will suffer an immediate loss for that match, and a -2 start for all following matches.

This will result in a 15-0 for BAL. Additionally CIS3 will start all their next matches with a -2 rounds deficit. Means they will have to win 17 rounds in order to win a match. Next time it will result in - atleast - a disqualification.

Update: Since BAL has added players mid-match (which have played) the match will be a 0-0 tie.
